Plan capacity before account setup
Instantly campaigns can quickly expose under-sized infrastructure. GTM's calculator pages estimate inboxes and domains from prospect volume, touches, send days, and conservative caps before operators create or export accounts.
- Estimate required inboxes and domains before provisioning.
- Check DNS and authentication before assuming capacity is usable.
- Use readiness reports before moving accounts into campaign setup.
Block rows that cannot authenticate
SMTP and IMAP readiness are export prerequisites. Rows missing host, port, username, credential metadata, or recent smoke-test evidence should fail closed with redacted next actions rather than reaching Instantly as broken accounts.
Use launch gates for prospect traffic
Instantly account setup is not a launch gate by itself. Keep first prospect traffic gated on fresh seed-placement evidence and workspace readiness so connectivity checks are not mistaken for placement proof.
